About DX Learning

Since 2015, DX Learning has been redefining leadership development through immersive learning experiences. Our hands-on simulations and the C.A.R.E. to Win framework are rooted in neuroscience to provide companies and their leadership with a roadmap to achieve their ideal company culture.

We don’t just teach leadership: we empower companies to solve real business challenges—like succession, retention, productivity, and profitability—by transforming the human behaviors that drive performance, connection, and culture.

Our Purpose

We help organizations build emotionally intelligent leaders and people-first cultures; turning leadership into a real competitive advantage. How? By empowering leaders to C.A.R.E. to Win: leading with Clarity, Autonomy, Relationships, and Equity in every interaction. When leaders lead with CARE, people feel trusted, valued, and inspired to grow.

What does DX Learning mean?

Ducibus Experientia

Our founder, Alex, named the company after a tough experience with a discouraging Latin teacher, an example of what leadership shouldn't be. “DX” stands for ducibus experientia, Latin for leadership experience.

It’s a reminder that no one is born a great leader, leadership is learned.

Who We ARE

Our team is made up of hungry, humble, and curious people who believe in our mission. Rooted in Chicago & the Upper Midwest and trusted nationwide, we help organizations grow leadership that lasts. Our team and partners will create a workplace your people never want to leave.
